Refund policy

At Laki Beauty, we take great care to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available, except in the rare case that the product you receive is defective or damaged due to an error on our side.

  • To be eligible, the product must remain sealed, in its original packaging, and unused.

  • You must contact us at info@lakibeautyshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos showing the defect or damage.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only if the product is sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • If an exchange or replacement is approved, the cost of return shipping will be communicated during the process.

  • For defective or incorrect items caused by our error, we will cover the shipping cost.
