Refunds

Refunds are not available, except in the rare case that the product you receive is defective or damaged due to an error on our side.

To be eligible, the product must remain sealed, in its original packaging, and unused.

You must contact us at info@lakibeautyshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos showing the defect or damage.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges only if the product is sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Shipping Costs

If an exchange or replacement is approved, the cost of return shipping will be communicated during the process.

For defective or incorrect items caused by our error, we will cover the shipping cost.
